Mounting frame
The mounting frame must be sturdy and level. Mounting on steel, stone or concrete, for example, is possible.
Lintel
From a structural point of view, no lintel is required. The top rubber must only be sealed against a vertical surface to protect it from the weather.
Flood barrier
On the weather side, it is recommended to install a water barrier or threshold in the floor.
