Making full use of the clearance height
With traditional sectional doors and vertical systems, part of the clearance is often lost due to rails, fittings or the height of the structure. This can cause problems, particularly with tall vehicles.
The Compact door works differently. The panels fold compactly above the opening, without long ceiling rails. This means the full clear height remains available for tall vehicles, such as:
- Lorries and trailers
- Agricultural machinery
- Fire engines
- Industrial transport vehicles
Every centimetre counts – especially with heavy vehicles.
Clear ceiling space for installations
Reliable under heavy use
Safety for heavy vehicles

Halls for heavy vehicles often contain:
- Overhead cranes
- Extraction systems
- Pipes and cable trays
- Lighting and ventilation systems
As the Compact door does not require rails under the ceiling, this space remains completely unobstructed. This offers maximum flexibility when designing the layout of the hall.

Halls with heavy vehicles often experience heavy traffic flows. The door opens and closes several times a day, sometimes dozens or even hundreds of times.
The Compact door:
- Operates without torsion springs
- Is TÜV-tested to 100,000 cycles
- Has fewer parts prone to wear
- Requires less maintenance than traditional overhead doors
This reduces downtime and unexpected maintenance costs.

Visibility and safety are essential for large vehicles. The Compact door can be fitted with:
- Windows for extra natural light
- Warning systems
- Light curtains that detect obstacles
- Automatic locking
If an obstacle is detected, the door stops immediately and moves back up. This prevents damage to both vehicles and installations.
Outdoor installation possible
To maximise interior space, the Compact door can also be installed on the outside of the building. This ensures that all moving parts remain outside the workspace, creating maximum freedom of movement inside.
Applications across various sectors
The Compact door is particularly suitable for haulage companies where lorries drive in and out daily, for logistics centres with high volumes of goods traffic, and for fire stations where rapid and reliable access is vital. The Compact door also offers clear added value in agricultural businesses with large machinery, workshops for heavy equipment, and industrial production halls where space is at a premium.
Wherever large vehicles need to be able to drive through safely, efficiently and without restrictions, the Compact door provides a future-proof solution.

Configure your Compact door for heavy-duty vehicles
No two buildings are the same, and vehicles also vary in height, width and frequency of use. That is why every Compact door is manufactured entirely to measure. You decide on the exact dimensions, the colour, any glazing and the desired motorisation.
The online configurator instantly shows you how the door folds above the opening and how you can make the most of the available passage space. This gives you a clear expectation upfront and allows you to receive a fully tailored, no-obligation quote for your specific situation.
