Damaged packaging (outside)?
- Always inspect your package upon arrival.
- If you see damage on the packaging, report this to the delivery driver immediately.
- Let the driver make a note on the delivery form and take pictures of the damage before unpacking.
Damaged door parts
- Always check if the goods are damaged, especially if you see damage on the outside of the package. Sometimes the package is (slightly) damaged, but the goods are still in tact.
- If the goods are damaged, immediately report this to the transportation company (as mentioned on the delivery documents) and to us (use the orange button). Save all documents related to this shipment.
Incomplete or wrong articles?
If you received the wrong articles or incomplete articles, please report the problem immediately. Explain to us:
- What you should have received
- What you received instead or what is missing
- Support your claim with pictures, if possible.
