Quality Is Not an End Goal, but a Continuous Process

meeting

At Rolflex, we believe that quality is about more than just the finished product. It is part of every step in the process, from design and production to delivery and service.

That is why we continuously invest in improvements that enhance both our Compact door and the experience of our dealers and end users.

The Right Components, First Time Right.

A door can be perfectly engineered, but if components are missing during installation or incorrect parts are delivered, delays and frustration can quickly follow.

To further reduce the risk of errors, we have implemented a Pick-to-Light system in our logistics processes. This system guides our employees while picking components and clearly indicates which parts belong to each order.

As a result, order accuracy is improved and the risk of missing or incorrect components is minimized.

For our dealers, this means greater reliability and smoother project execution on site.

Faster and More Efficient Issue Reporting

Despite all quality checks, issues can occasionally occur. When they do, it is important that the right information reaches the right people as quickly as possible.

That is why we have further improved our complaint and issue reporting system. Every door package now includes a QR code that allows issues to be reported immediately upon delivery. This helps prevent unnecessary delays and enables photos to be attached directly to the report.

All reports are recorded, tracked and analysed in a structured way.

This not only leads to faster and more efficient issue resolution, but also gives us valuable insight into recurring questions and potential areas for improvement.

Every Report Is an Opportunity to Improve

Perhaps the most important improvement is our approach to feedback.

When we receive a complaint or issue report, we do not only focus on solving the individual case. We also ask ourselves:

“Can we prevent this from happening again?”

Every report is therefore treated as valuable input for improving our products, processes and ways of working.

Sometimes this leads to small adjustments in production processes. In other cases, it results in improvements to components or work instructions. The goal is always the same: continuous improvement.

Building Quality Every Day

Quality is not the result of one major innovation or a single project. It is the outcome of many small improvements that together make a significant difference.

Through investments in error prevention, improved issue management and a culture of continuous improvement, we work every day to provide our dealers and their customers with a reliable, high-quality solution.

Because quality is not a temporary project – it is an ongoing commitment.
