Over the past few weeks, we at Rolflex have been busy with the new webshop. In this webshop called ‘Compact parts shop’, Rolflex offers individual parts for the Compact industrial door. This is intended for the Compact dealers. Kevin Reinders is one of our employees who is often involved in the parts shop. In this section we introduce him.
What does Kevin do within Rolflex?
Kevin is mainly concerned with parts, technical service and providing technical training. He provides these training courses, for example, through our Compact Academy. Compact dealers from home and abroad can expand their knowledge of the Compact door here.
To find out more about Kevin and his experiences as an employee of Rolflex, we asked him a number of questions. For example, we asked him: What are the advantages of working at Rolflex? “The advantage of working at Rolflex is the pleasant working atmosphere. Everyone gets along well, the lines between the employees are short and the delicious joint lunch on Friday afternoon should not go unmentioned, of course.”

We also asked him what he likes about his job. To this he replied with “All in all, of course. There is not one specific thing that makes my job so much fun. The combination of the nice colleagues, the challenge it contains and the varied work. No day is the same for me and that means that I enjoy going to work every day.”
What does Kevin think about the part shop?
Kevin thinks that the decision to set up a parts shop was a logical one. “There has always been a lot of demand from the dealers for individual parts, so the arrival of a parts shop was actually self-evident. Rolflex is of course also an innovative company. It is nice that there is always a new challenge. And in this way it is made even easier and more accessible for the customer to order parts.”
