Handy Hints and Tips to assist in Problem Solving
Before you contact our Service Desk please check over the hints and tips listed below. If you are in doubt about any Safety aspect of the Compact Door please do not hesitate to contact the Rolflex Service Desk.

Problem	Solution
The door will not close	Make sure that the tracks are free of obstacles (such as brooms, buckets, pallets etc).
The door will not close.	Check if the valsafe on the bottom bracket, on the bottom panel is running free.
The door or will not open\close	Check if the steel cables are in position on the pulley wheels and cable drums If not,please contact the Service desk.
The door will not close	Check if the door panels, tracks, folding plates or steering arms are running free and are not damaged. If so, please contact the Service desk.
The door will not open or close.	Ensure that a trained electrician checks that the electricity supply is functioning correctly. (380 V - L1,L2,L3,N and earth or 230 V - L,N and earth).
The power is available (380V)but the motor will not run.	(Three phase motors only) Ensure there are no obstructions or people in the path of the door. Turn the red toggle on the bottom of the motor and insert the manual operation handle. (Run the door) in the free direction for about 200mm of height (open or closed direction as required). This will re-set the secondary safety limit which may have been tripped. Continuing to turn the handle will then re-set the actual limit on the motor. Re-set the red safety toggle on the bottom of the motor. Then switch the phases so that the door runs in the opposite direction.
The door wil not open\close	Check if the red safety cut-out toggle. on the bottom of the motor has been re-set (three phase motors only). If not re-set it.
The door will not open\close	Check that the slack cable device mounted on the folding plate has not been tripped, if so reset by clicking it back and hooking back on the cable if required.
The motor travels up when it should be going down (or vice versa), only on 380V.	Switch the phases and the door should run in the correct direction.
The door will not close automatic any more (I have to hold the down button pressed).	Check the safety edge and belonging kurly rope on lose contact , ore cable fraction.
